We Start With The Basics...

Our on-boarding process will ensure you aren't just thrown in the deep end. You are taught the mechanics/technique and why we do each of the movements you are expected to perform in our classes. Once the basics are covered you are free to join any of our coached small group classes. From there our awesome coaches will keep an eye on you while you work out and also work with you to tailor each session so you get the most out of it.

Fitness isn't just going for a 5km run, doing some yoga/stretching or repeating the same bench and bicep curl workout you have been doing for years...

Your training should challenge you in a different way each and every day. Your training should leave you feeling happier, accomplished and like you made progress.

You get unlimited access to our classes, unlimited coaching, 7 days a week, for less than the cost of a single personal training session. 

As a client you have access to all class types and if you want to train at 930am we will even have our amazing Nanny Charlie take care of your kids. Who doesn't want an hour off...  

We Offer Extra Classes and Specialty Programs

We know at times our clients can get fixated on a certain part of their training which is why we don’t just offer a CrossFit program. Yes we are a CrossFit Gym but more... We offer 5 different programs. 

Gymnastics, Strongman, Weightlifting and Endurance classes in addition to our already comprehensive CrossFit program.

Variety is one of the keys to our CrossFit program but we know it pays to just focus on one thing at a time and get really good at it before moving onto the next. 

We Will Coach You Every Session

Coaching is what we do best! A good coach can get you by but a GREAT coach will always ask more of you than you will ever ask of yourself, they will inspire you, encourage you, and help you to understand what is holding you back so you can continuously move to the next level. 

Our classes are capped to ensure you receive GREAT coaching. Our coaches will never jump in and do a workout with you, they will coach you (yes even if only one person shows up to the class)

Our coaches understand that the key to long term improvement is to get better at one thing every time you step foot into the gym and to continue this for the long term.

This is our approach and if you're looking for a short term solution then this is probably not the place for you. 

Accelerate Strength Is Not Your Normal Gym...

You WON'T find mirrors on every wall, tons of crazy machines or videos showing you how to do the exercises. You WILL have a real coach, you WILL see goals written up on the wall and you CAN expect us to check in if we haven't seen you for a few days! 

Our goal is to have your fitness compliment your lifestyle. Fitness isn't all about aesthetics like the industry leads you to believe, it's about becoming more athletic and focussing on what your body can do and less on what it looks like. 

We believe "FITNESS" is your ability to perform any physical task which may be required of you. Whether picking up the kids, moving house or being on your feet all day.   

This is done by building strength, endurance, mobility, flexibility and a strong positive mindset.

This should all be done while:
