Manager Ramiro Sisco

Raised on a diet of kale smoothies and tire flips, Ramiro discovered his love for fitness at a young age. From humble beginnings to becoming the chiseled force he is today, Rami believes in hard work, sweat equity, and the occasional dramatic flex in the mirror.

Beyond the bulging biceps and chiseled abs, Ramiro's true strength lies in the genuine care he brings to each person. He's not just sculpting bodies; he's molding a community where everyone is a potential best friend and a potential lifting partner. So, if you're ready to embrace a fitness journey that includes both sweat and sentimental speeches, Ramiro is the coach with a big heart.

Coach Kim Latchford

Kim, our Irish import, stumbled upon fitness at the age of 16. After years of experimenting with workout methods that ranged from 'lifting heavy things and hoping for the best' to 'chasing rainbows for cardio,' he finally discovered CrossFit.

Kim firmly believes in the magic of CrossFit protocols. Having witnessed firsthand the transformative power of great coaches, hard work, and determination, he now champions CrossFit as the almighty potion for mind-blowing performance, impeccable body composition, and overall health.

Kim's motivation? Making sure others experience the same health and fitness enlightenment he did. He's on a perpetual quest to become a better coach, probably fueled by a secret stash of Guinness. Constantly investing his time, effort, and energy into expanding his craft, Kim generously shares his knowledge with anyone willing to listen.

Coach Emilie Hogan

With long curly red hair that serves as both a beacon of strength and a warning sign for the uninitiated, Emilie embodies the spirit of CrossFit like a human kettlebell.

As a coach, she transforms mundane workouts into adrenaline-fueled spectacles, turning the box into her personal stage. While most coaches talk about balance, Emilie takes it a step further, juggling coaching CrossFit while under taking a second degree studying occupational therapy. As an aspiring occupational therapist, she loves weaving therapeutic exercises into her warm ups proving that fitness and rehabilitation can indeed coexist.
