It's All About The Journey...

Where have the days gone where people referred to their fitness as a journey? 

I loved this term because it implies it’s going to take time. Time to get started, time to find something you like, time to try and fail and time to get better through experience. That’s what happens on a journey right?   

In a world which is travelling so fast it’s easy to forget that fitness and long term health don’t and won’t change in an instant.

Like all worthwhile things in life if you approach your fitness with the expectation of it progressing slow and steady and being around for the long haul you can probably expect goods results to come your way with time.  

So with this in mind start now by picking something you enjoy, take your time and enjoy the ride because the journey will be your reward!
